This position is primarily office-based with visits to manufacturing facilities and testing labs.

The APAC Welding Engineer role is responsible primarily for overseeing and managing all welding-related activities within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing welding procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and optimizing welding processes to achieve high-quality and efficient production. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that all welds are performed correctly and meet the required specifications for strength and durability. The APAC Welding Engineer will work closely with engineering teams, production staff, and quality assurance to ensure that welding operations meet both safety and quality requirements. Primarily office-based with visits to manufacturing or production sites. May involve exposure to welding environments, including potential hazards such as high temperatures and noise.
