Supports Kick-off, Planning, Walkthrough, Status, Escalation, Debrief, and Presentation meetings with effective project management and communication skills.
Define project scope, monitor milestones, develop detailed day to day plans, monitor team progress, and assist in resolving critical issues through structured meetings and objective communication.
Ensure Effective Meeting Management:
Record and communicate clear objectives for each meeting and ensure they are purposeful and time-efficient.
Send out necessary pre-meeting materials, including agendas and documentation.
Manage meeting logistics and ensure that all participants are well-prepared.
Guide and Document Meetings:
Participate in meetings by reviewing objectives and ground rules, and guide discussions to stay on track.
Take detailed notes during meetings, documenting key decisions and action items with clear ownership and deadlines.
Encourage balanced participation by project owners and use communication techniques to drive consensus and progress within the team.
Follow-Up and Reporting:
Share detailed meeting minutes and action plans with participants.
Schedule follow-up meetings if necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
PMP Certification is required.
Experience in managing mechanical commodity projects or supply chain operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple meetings and project tasks simultaneously.
Excellent English communication and facilitation skills, capable of guiding discussions and driving toward actionable outcomes.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or other relevant software.
Ability to produce clear and concise meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up documentation.
