Responsibilities

Process Dock Audits
Process PPAP documents
Track and manage supplier cycle times when requested.
Provide video reviews of new suppliers when required.
Inspect PPAP samples.
Inspect Production parts per AQL
Review documents and revert back to supplier when corrections needed.
8D capability and application if needed.
Provide technical support as needed to supplier.
Work with supplier to build Gantt charts and robust Control Plans
Join Teams meetings as required.
Report daily supplier activity to Bangalore office.
Perform supplier and process audits as required in local area

Qualifications

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineer degree
1-4 years’ experience/training with metrology equipment such as CMM, height gauge, profilometer, mics, etc.
Mini-tab experience preferred
Quality Inspection experience required
Willing to travel
